Our daily menu features comforting classics, alongside a diverse range of plant-based international dishes, ensuring options for all dietary preferences.

Payment and access: All dining locations accept meal plan swipes (where applicable), Dining Dollars, cash, card, and Apple Pay. 

All students living in a residence area without a full kitchen, except for Mears and Centennial Apartments, are required to have a meal plan.

Fresh Ideas Food Service Management operates all campus dining (except vending). Founded in 2000, Fresh Ideas responds to the latest food industry trends and dietary needs, partnering with our Old Fort Farm to provide fresh, made-from-scratch food that serves our diverse college community.

Our team helps you find the perfect meal regardless of dietary needs. Our friendly dietician connects with campus community members to discuss requirements.

No meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or other animal-derived products like honey.

No meat, fish, or poultry, including meat-based soups. This caters to lacto-ovo vegetarians and may include eggs and dairy.

Allergen-free

Free from  the "Top 9" allergens (including tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, sesame and gluten). All fresh-made food items are clearly labeled for Top-9 allergen content. Pre-packaged items include federally mandated allergen information.

San Juan Dining Hall

Our main dining hall offers a full-service all-you-care-to-eat format for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 13 stations including: Comfort Food, Allergen Free, Build Your Own, Grill, Pizza, Pasta, Rice Bar, Global Cuisines, Salad, Deli, Continental, Waffle, and Dessert stations. Skyhawk Swap: dinner entr茅e.

Hawk Express

Located at San Juan Dining Hall, offering assorted homemade dinner entr茅es for heating at home. Skyhawk Swap: meal swipe equivalent.

Zia Taqueria

Located in the Student Union, it's a favorite lunch spot specializing in fresh, regional, authentic, homemade Mexican food operated by the Durango Zia group. Features patio dining. Skyhawk Swap: authentic Mexican food entr茅e.

Jones Hall "Fresh on Demand"

North side of campus in Jones Hall and next to a study area. FOD (Food on Demand) convenience machine loaded with selected items for 24/7 food access.

Summit Sips & Smoothies

Center of campus in Schlessman Family Hall and next to a study area. Serves performance and wellness food and beverages, smoothies & boba teas, and freshly brewed coffee products. Skyhawk Swap: Adventure Pack (bottled water, fresh fruit, protein bar, granola mix) or Performance Entr茅e (custom protein drink, bottled water, fresh fruit).

Berndt Hall Starbucks

South side of campus in Berndt Hall. Proudly brewing Starbucks coffee products. Skyhawk Swap: breakfast entr茅e or lunch entr茅e.

Reed Library "Fresh on Demand"

In Reed Library on the main floor. FOD (Food on Demand) convenience machine loaded with selected items for 24/7 food access and a coffee kiosk for 24/7 beverage access.
