Nutrition Program
The Fort Lewis College Nutrition Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) is designed to prepare Nutrition majors for a supervised practice and/or graduate studies in the career pathway to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). The Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ¸ßÇåÎÞשÂëÇøNutrition DPD program has been accepted for accreditation from the of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Our Teacher Education Program is authorized by the , the licensing agency for teachers in the State of Colorado. The Program undergoes a rigorous reauthorization every five years for the traditional and alternative certification (graduate level) options in Teacher Education. The most recent reauthorization was approved by the State Board of Education during its August 2025 meeting.
