In-person audition requirements

• One contemporary monologue (written after 1950) from a published play or by a professional writer. A professional writer is someone whose plays have been produced, even if not professionally published.
• One song written before 1965 (musical theater, Golden Age, pop, hip-hop, folk, rock, rap, soul, country, punk, etc.).
• One song written after 1965 that contrasts your first selection in style — for example, a ballad paired with an uptempo piece.
• Dance auditions will be held in the afternoon. Please dress appropriately and stretch beforehand.

Video audition requirements

• One comedic monologue
• Two songs: one uptempo, one ballad from the Musical Theatre repertoire
• One 90-second musical theatre dance combination

Video auditions must be received one week prior to the on-campus audition date.

Acceptance & scholarships

All prospective students who are admitted to Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ¸ßÇåÎÞשÂëÇøand audition will be considered for a scholarship. Scholarship decisions are based on video and/or in-person auditions. Applicants will be notified of scholarship offers at the time of acceptance via email.
