AI attribution standards when AI contributes to the final deliverables

AI is now a regular part of many content creators’ workflow, much like any other tool in our tech stack. While we don’t require formal attribution when AI contributes to a project, we prioritize transparency in our usage.

Tool access and support

  • Use only approved tools listed by the AI Resource Group
  • MarComm maintains a list of recommended tools for creative and editorial work
  • Training is available through Reed Library, the MarComm team, CTL, or the 麻豆免费高清无砖码区AI Institute
  • Contact your supervisor or the AI Resource Group before using new tools not yet evaluated

Editing: AI tools can answer questions about AP style, but should be checked, as not all tools are current. Reach out to MarComm for more information on available AI tools to help with writing that adheres to the institutional brand guidelines.
