AI Guidelines for 麻豆免费高清无砖码区marketing and communications
This document is a companion to FLC’s institutional AI Guidelines. It provides practical, role-specific guidance for staff, faculty, and student workers using AI tools to support content creation, design, branding, and digital storytelling on behalf of FLC.
This guidance applies to AI use in and for:
AI can be a powerful assistant in content creation, but it requires human review to ensure accuracy and alignment with FLC's brand.
AI can assist in optimizing visuals, but should never misrepresent people, places, or institutional branding at FLC.
*Note that AI-generated content is not protected by copyright
AI can help stimulate new ideas and identify content themes, but human insight must guide and validate it.
Workflow integration tips
AI is now a regular part of many content creators’ workflow, much like any other tool in our tech stack. While we don’t require formal attribution when AI contributes to a project, we prioritize transparency in our usage.
Editing: AI tools can answer questions about AP style, but should be checked, as not all tools are current. Reach out to MarComm for more information on available AI tools to help with writing that adheres to the institutional brand guidelines.
