Yueying He is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Fort Lewis College. Her research examines how visual and technological elements in marketing shape consumer perceptions, decision-making, and employee experiences. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, marketing visual communication, consumer information processing, and human–robot collaboration. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel Research, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and Cognition and Emotion. Before joining Fort Lewis College, she served as a visiting assistant professor of marketing at the University of Texas at El Paso.
