Christina Lopez  - Christina was involved in re-branding Hawk Tank for the 10th anniversary and all of her designs are so thoughtful and creative. She has incredible attention to detail and has improved the quality of the Hawk Tank materials to a completely new level. Thank you!

Dani Navarro - OMG Dani is a natural at TRIO. We are successful because we have to be perfect advisors and excellent conversationalists with students. She is amazingly adept at these things for it being her first year with us. Dani is exceptional and amazes me all the time.

Emma Salazar - Emma has an amazing memory for all the things TRIO needs to stay on top of. I don't know what I would do without her but s*@t would kind of fall apart for sure. She catches errors in 麻豆免费高清无砖码区systems in time to fix them, offers ideas on how to make things better, and manages the student workers with grace and professionalism. Too much to write in this award but 麻豆免费高清无砖码区is lucky to have her.

Gustie Saganski - Gustie is patient, kind, friendly, and seems to have a huge heard. In a recent interaction with me, she genuinely put our student(s) at the center as we talked through a situation. 麻豆免费高清无砖码区is lucky to have her! She's wonderful to work with.

Hannah Birdsong Fetters - Hannah is absolutely incredible! She is not only a fantastic asset to the Marketing Department but also to Advancement and all departments on campus. I've had the pleasure of working very closely with Hannah during my time at FLC, and her dedication, communication, patience, and leadership truly shine. It's an honor to know and work with her.

Hunter West - OP's receipt printers have been acting up since July of 2024. Round of IT professionals came through to try and fix the issue, and it was eventually left with a temporary band aid to hold us over. Hunter was helping us with a completely separate request and ended up not only getting that request completed, but also put in lots of additional hours to figure out how to make all the receipt printers work again. We deeply appreciate his dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to problem solving. We are finally able to function fully again! Thank you, Hunter!

Ivan Guardiola - Ivan helped troubleshoot a time sensitive issue with a printer connection. His willingness and attitude to jump in and resolve the crisis helped us recover and move forward quickly to meet our goals. We would still be messing with the printer if it weren't for him!

Jennica Wilson - I want to recognize Jennica for her excellent work since joining us at the Counseling Center earlier this year. I knew her prior knowledge and experience at 麻豆免费高清无砖码区would start her off on the right foot, but she has gone above and beyond this first few months to integrate into a new department. She quickly learned our unique systems and operations with patience and a sense of humor, and she brings fabulous organizational and interpersonal skills to a sensitive and crucial position on our team. She tackled a backlog of record-keeping tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency, greets students with natural warmth and compassion, and brings her calm presence and soothing aesthetic to the front lobby area. We are so pleased to have Jennica (and her candy jar!) as part of the Counseling Center team!

John Lynch - John assisted me with a critical and time sensitive PO, ensuring that procurement rules were followed to the letter which allowed for the best possible outcome for FLC.

Kellin Herman - Kellin is always so patient, quick to reply, and innovative. He works with you to ensure you understand your options and genuinely wants to see win-win situations. He's so great to work with!

Kristin Polens - As we promote student-centeredness and well-being, Kristin should be commended for her high-touch, high-care approach. She is 100% responsible for ensuring a certain student completes their degree, even beyond what TRIO does. I look to her as a model of holistic caseload management from start to finish. Recently, when I was ready to walk away from a situation, she stayed in it and ramped up the levels of support for our shared student. 麻豆免费高清无砖码区is lucky to have her; I am lucky to have her as a mentor, example, and friend. PLEASE give her props. And a million dollars.

MaRiah Peter - MaRiah has consistently provided top-notch service to the third floor of Reed Library, doing tasks that we would not have expected her to do, like removing a BUNCH of recycling (huge boxes) last night. Her pleasant demeanor and friendly approach makes her even more special. 麻豆免费高清无砖码区is lucky to have her on staff. Thanks for all you do, Mariah!

Megan Woodward - Megan has approached her first year with TRIO with confidence and trust. Her contributions to 麻豆免费高清无砖码区and TRIO during her first year (and in a new position that has no "guidebook") are impressive. She seems bravely willing to try things, new approaches, and getting to know students. We are so lucky she's on our team.

Ryan McCardell - Ryan started with our team a few months ago and has made an immediate impact right away! We are so grateful for his dedication to FLC, being an advocate for our students, and all around amazing human!

Sarah Schwarz - I overheard Dr. Schwarz working compassionately with a student who was having a tough moment in life. She recommended 麻豆免费高清无砖码区resources for help and showed an incredible amount of empathy for our student. It was wonderful to see that kindness!

Scott Kadera - Scott responded over the weekend to fix an urgent issue with the website for the Hawk Tank competition. His willingness to help and quick resolution got us back on track with minimal disruption. Thank you Scott!

Shan Wells - Shan is incredibly talented and has supported Hawk Tank for the last decade by capturing content from the competition. This year he created a video for the 10th anniversary that is truly inspirational, and we are so grateful for his efforts.

Shauna Blaylock - Shauna has gone above and beyond her job as our department has been without an admin assistant for over 2 months.
