Use this form to find out whether your event requires a Special Event Permit (through the State of Colorado) or Administrative Approval (through Fort Lewis College).
If a Special Event Permit is needed, you must submit this form at least 45 days before your event. A $100.00 fee will be charged to your department. If your event only requires Administrative Approval, simply submit the form prior to your event; there is no fee for this internal process.
